Unfulfilled Rewards For "Share Zip And Earn $$$" Promotion

I saw this "Share Zip and earn $$$" thing, it says you give both me and a friend $10 after they make their first purchase. Sounded sweet, so I shared my code with a buddy, they signed up with it, and even bought something in the app! Though, neither of us got the promised $10. We followed all the steps, used my code, my friend's email and they bought stuff on. Seems like something's glitching and stopping us from getting those rewards, just wondering what I can do about this, it’s our earned right, we did everything correctly but why not get the rewards as we should?
