PUBG Mobile UC Reward Did Not Work When I Used the App Code

I submitted the code from the bottle cap in the 'Kazandırıyor' app, eager to claim the 10 UC reward for PUBG Mobile. Sadly, every time I choose that particular reward, I receive a message stating “An Unexpected Error Occurred,” and nothing occurs. It's odd that I can claim other rewards without any problems, so the code itself seems to be fine. I was really disappointed because I bought the product specifically for that PUBG Mobile reward. I’ve attempted several times and even reinstalled the app, hoping it would resolve the issue, but the same error continues to appear. I’m curious to find out why this specific reward isn’t functioning when the others are working just fine. It seems like a technical problem that’s not being addressed, and it has genuinely caused me to lose confidence in the promotion.
