Binance Turkey New Year Rewards Has Not Been Distributed For 52 Days

I participated in the "Binance TR New Year Special - 100,000 BUSD Giveaway!" event that ran from December 22, 2022, to January 12, 2023, with the promise of receiving 10 BUSD for each friend I referred to the platform. According to the event rules, rewards were supposed to be distributed within 21 business days after the promotion's end, but it's been 52 days, and I still haven't received my rewards. Why is Binance TR holding the reward pool for such a long time? I'm disappointed and frustrated that they have failed to deliver on their promise. As a customer, I expect better from a major exchange like Binance TR. I urge them to fulfill their obligation and distribute the rewards as soon as possible.
