RetailMeNot Rewards Redemption Codes Not Received

I finally earned enough Cash Back to redeem something, it was over $10, which is way more than the minimum, tried to redeem it, first, it wanted me to verify my email with PayPal, but the code never showed up in my inbox, not even in spam. thinking it was a fluke, I tried verifying with my phone number through Venmo instead. Same story - no code! waited for like, ten whole minutes each time, and nothing. On top of that, every time I tried to start over, it made me type in my password again, seriously, who needs that much password entering? Used email and social media to reach them, no reply at all. followed all the rules, but I still can't get my Cash Back. Any chance you can help me out? I just need some help verifying my account so I can finally use my hard-earned Cash Back!
