Zen Diamond Ring Warranty Fails, Stones Lost

On August 8, 2018, I purchased a 0.32-carat baguette ring from the Marmara Park store. I've only worn the ring maybe ten times and still kept it in its original packaging. When I saw the baguette stone on the border of my ring was damaged, I went to the store. After inspecting it, the staff determined that it required repair and stated that it was due to a user mistake. They also told me that the stone would not fall out till it was mended. Unfortunately, when I went to get it repaired again, I discovered that both stones had fallen out. When I sent it for repair, I was informed that I needed to pay ₺1855. When I bought the ring, they told me that the stones would not be lost. I regret shopping at Zen Pırlanta because they do not guarantee their stuff. My complaint remains unresolved. I want recompense for the staff's disinformation and misleading. I immediately request that action be taken to resolve this issue.

"I would like to thank Customer Representative Ms. Kübra for her interest and support, who contacted me regarding my complaint and ensured that the ring we purchased on June 21st was delivered to me by the end of September. However, I can never recommend the brand and its sales branches, especially the Zen branch at Cevahir Mall, and I aim not to use another Zen product to avoid encountering such stress again. Thanks again to Ms. Kübra, and I hope she has been able to identify the failing aspects of the brand and take the necessary actions."
