Hello, My partner proposed to me on February 3, 2023, in Tirana, Albania. He wanted it to be a ring I would like, so he asked me to choose it, and we went to the Zen branch there. The ring I chose was too big for my finger, but the seller indicated they could resize it, which would take two days. Because we had a return flight that night, they told us that we could do this for free at Zen locations in Turkey as well. So we got the ring, and I went to the Zen branch in Adana Optimum Shopping Mall, and then everything went sour. Despite having our receipt and certificate, the female employee said the goods was not from Zen. She also indicated that my fiancé may have purchased a different brand and placed it in a Zen box to pass it off as a Zen ring, making ridiculous and disrespectful statements. Thankfully, we had purchased the ring together. After I voiced my frustration and detailed the scenario, she suggested that the Zen branch in Tirana may have mislead us. I am at a lost for what to do and have decided to talk about it here. I hope Zen Pırlanta responds appropriately and finds a solution. Have a good day.

"I would like to thank Customer Representative Ms. Kübra for her interest and support, who contacted me regarding my complaint and ensured that the ring we purchased on June 21st was delivered to me by the end of September. However, I can never recommend the brand and its sales branches, especially the Zen branch at Cevahir Mall, and I aim not to use another Zen product to avoid encountering such stress again. Thanks again to Ms. Kübra, and I hope she has been able to identify the failing aspects of the brand and take the necessary actions."
