Zara's Delivery Partner Is Slow and Irresponsible

 My online order number 5331*****25 was handed over to the courier company "BirGünde" a full month ago, yet my package remains undelivered. Despite contacting Zara customer service on a daily basis, I've been met with nothing but empty promises and delays. Their lack of urgency and disregard for my concerns are truly appalling. I've now reached my limit with this unacceptable situation. I demand an immediate refund for my order. If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will be forced to initiate legal action against both Zara and BirGünde, you're keeping my parcel illegally, it belongs to me, I paid for it!!
