Zara Return Dispute Not Resolved
Even though I returned the items, Zara insists that they are not in their inventory and refuses to process my return. I've been shopping online for quite some time now, including with Zara, and naturally, there are occasions when I need to make returns. I generated a return label and consolidated multiple items into a single box, each with its own unique order number. Although they handled returns for certain items, they insisted that they hadn't received the remaining ones. What could be the reason for requesting a return for items that were not sent back? We've been communicating back and forth for quite some time now. They mentioned that the items haven't been delivered and unfortunately, they are unable to provide any further assistance. Right from the beginning, they were unable to provide any assistance. There is absolutely no sign of the products that were worth ₺830+₺1050. I will explore all possible avenues and submit complaints to various authorities.
