Worst experience ever with Zara Turkey online. I ordered on 07.11.2020, but the courier lost it and Zara refused to refund me till getting the courier's feedback. As per the courier company feedback my order has been on its way back to Zara since 20.11.2024, no updates since then!! Whose responsibility should this be?!! I never received my order.
