Zara Rejected My Refund Request for a Lost Order
Worst experience ever with Zara Turkey online. I ordered on 07.11.2020, but the courier lost it and Zara refused to refund me till getting the courier's feedback. As per the courier company feedback my order has been on its way back to Zara since 20.11.2024, no updates since then!! Whose responsibility should this be?!! I never received my order. Very unprofessional handling by Zara and no contact number to call. I lost my order and my money. They stopped replying to me. The courier company confirmed that my order is lost by them and I'll be refunded by Zara. However, Zara still no responded by their side!!! Am really shocked!!
