Zara Marked My Kids' Clothing Order as Delivered but Sent Only One Item

I live in Turkey, and around 20 days ago, I made an online purchase worth approximately ₺12,000 from Zara. My order included 14 kids' clothing items. A few days later, only one item was delivered in a small package, but Zara’s system incorrectly marked the entire order as delivered. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue with Zara’s customer service over the past two weeks, no progress has been made. They neither refund my money nor provide any updates about the missing items. This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue with Zara. I am deeply dissatisfied with how they handle customer complaints regarding lost packages, especially considering the significant amount I paid. Additionally, there is no dedicated phone line for customer service in Turkey, and their online support has proven to be unhelpful and unresponsive.
Several times, my online orders have arrived incomplete or have not been delivered at all. After continuous follow-ups for days, without any response or accountability from Zara Turkey’s online team, I gave up. Since the amounts I paid were not very large, I stopped pursuing the issue and ended up losing money.
