Zara T-Shirt Shrinks on First Wash (30°C!) & Return Rejected

I'm incredibly frustrated with a recent Zara purchase. A T-shirt I bought shrunk significantly after the first wash, even though I followed the care instructions (30°C!). To make matters worse, Zara rejected my return request.

This is completely unacceptable! I spent $‌100 on this shirt, and it's unusable after just one wash due to a clear fabric quality issue. This isn't my fault, and Zara shouldn't be putting the blame on me for following washing instructions.

Now I'm stuck with a shrunken t-shirt and no way to get my money back. What should I do?
