On September 20, 2025, I purchased two Printed Sweatshirt and Jogger Sets (Ref: 7878/539, 4 Years / 104 cm) from Zara’s online store under Order No. 5430*86. After receiving the items, I followed the care label exactly and washed them at 30°C. However, after the very first wash, both sets shrank significantly, becoming unusable before my child could wear them even once. The same issue occurred with both items.
This situation has caused both financial and emotional frustration. My child chose these items with excitement, and it’s disappointing that they became unusable immediately. Moreover, a total spend of ₺2,380 going to waste is unacceptable. Items shrinking like this after the first wash is not in line with Zara’s quality standards.
I have the invoice, and I strictly followed the care instructions on the label. Although the products are still within the return/exchange window, I assumed they might be rejected due to being washed. Even so, I contacted customer service, but I have not received any response.
Therefore, I request a free return or exchange of the products—or, alternatively, a full refund. I also ask that this issue be thoroughly investigated to prevent similar problems in the future.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
