This complaint is regarding the Zara Shirt I purchased recently. I wore it just once. My mother rinsed it in water and left it to let it dry. The shirt got shrunk. It was an XL shirt and I guess it became medium or even smaller in size. This was shocking and felt like a complete money waste, and that too on such a reputed clothing brand.
