Zara Knit Dress Shrunk After One Wash Despite Following Care Instructions

I purchased a knit dress from Zara, and after just one wash, it shrank an entire size, even though I carefully followed the washing instructions and used a 30-degree cycle. When I brought this issue to the store, explaining my frustration, the staff were dismissive and compared my dress to a larger size, implying that I needed to “prove” the shrinkage. I find it absurd that I am expected to provide evidence of such a clear defect. This dismissive attitude is shocking and disappointing from a brand as large as Zara. I will be filing a formal complaint with all relevant consumer channels. Zara, I expect you to take responsibility for the product quality and address this issue appropriately.
