At last, the woman took the time to investigate the request and informed me that there had been a mistake in the inventory, resulting in the item not being available in the warehouse. Then, with no regard for my time, she casually proposed having it delivered to my home if I wasn't in a rush, after keeping me waiting for two whole hours. They completely squandered a significant portion of my valuable time.
