My order, which was already in the distribution phase, was suddenly cancelled by Zara without any explanation. The package was sent back to the warehouse. When I reached out to their WhatsApp support, I was forced to chat with an AI, which was incredibly frustrating. The so-called "solution" they offered was a refund because almost all of the items were out of stock due to the seasonal sale. This is a very unsatisfactory resolution, and it left me high and dry. Shame on you, Zara, for treating your customers so poorly! It's ridiculous that a company of your size can't manage inventory better or provide proper customer service. I've always been a loyal customer, but this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, how can it not, is this some kind of corner shop??
