Zara Customer Service Not Resolving Missing Shipment Issue

On 27.11.2025, I placed an order through the Zara mobile app in Turkey. This order was split into three separate shipments. Only two of these have been delivered; the third shipment, which contained pants to be delivered via the Kolay Gelsin courier, has been missing for 12 days and has still not reached me. My order number is 54047885409.
The shipping company states that they never received this package, and despite multiple conversations with Zara's customer service, no concrete action has been taken. I keep receiving the same vague responses, such as “we are looking into it,” yet nothing progresses, and the situation remains completely unresolved.
It is unacceptable that I, as the customer, have to chase after this issue for days. Charging the full amount upfront while failing to deliver the product and not providing transparent and clear updates throughout the process is entirely incompatible with the standards expected from an international brand like Zara and creates a clear sense of customer mistreatment.
I request the immediate locating and delivery of my missing package without any further delay. Otherwise, I will escalate the matter to my lawyer and proceed with all necessary legal actions, including submitting formal complaints to the relevant authorities.
