Zara Does Not Stand Behind Its Products

On April 3, 2025, between 17:00–19:00, I bought a soft, zippered, tan-colored jacket in size S from the Zara store in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. I paid in cash, but I can’t find my receipt. I contacted Zara, but they refuse to provide a copy, claiming my payment method doesn’t match their records. I keep telling them I paid in cash and asking them to check the security footage, but they are not helping. Within just two days, the jacket started to pill badly, and it even damaged my other clothes. I reported this to Zara, but they showed no interest. I expect Zara to stand behind their product.
