Zara Refunds Take Months to Process
In November 2023, I bought a dress from Zara online with installment payments on my credit card, to be picked up from the Ataşehir Palladium store. Later, I returned and canceled the order at the same store because the dress didn't fit me properly and didn't look as I wanted. The staff member said the refund would be processed to my card in installments within 3-4 days. When I checked in December and January, I saw refunds from other stores on my card, but nothing from Zara. I thought there might have been a glitch and it would be paid, but I couldn't contact customer service about the refund as I was frequently traveling abroad for extended periods. Recently, while checking my credit card statement, I noticed that the last installment for the Zara dress had been charged to my card, but the same amount hadn't been refunded. So, the installments for the dress have finished, I've been paying Zara month by month for a dress I didn't use and returned, and Zara still hasn't made the refund. I urgently expect a response via email regarding this issue and a full refund of my money in a single payment. Otherwise, I want it to be known that I will report this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I'm protesting Zara; their response to shopping returns is terrible.
