Zara Processed a $652 Transaction Without My Consent

On December 2, 2025 at 7:53:12 PM, a transaction for $652 was made on my credit card through Zara.com without my permission or knowledge. This charge was not made by me — I have no idea how this happened.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I called my bank and had my card canceled immediately. When I contacted İyzico, they said they could not help me. When I contacted Zara, they told me they would investigate the issue, but so far they have not provided any clear resolution.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be thoroughly investigated immediately, and that the full amount of $652 be refunded to my card. I also ask that any security vulnerability be identified so that similar incidents do not happen to others in the future.
