On September 29, 2025, at 10:43 p.m., a ₺22,139 transaction was made through my card by the merchant Zara. This transaction was carried out without my knowledge or consent. As soon as I noticed it, I immediately canceled my card.
This was an unauthorized charge, and I have suffered serious inconvenience and financial loss as a result.
I am requesting that Iyzico conduct a thorough and immediate investigation into this transaction, refund the unauthorized payment to my account, and provide me with a written explanation of the outcome.
