Zara Orders Stuck In Processing And No Update On Shipment Status

I deeply regret shopping online from Zara. On 01.06.2026, I placed two online orders with the numbers 54285678235 and 54304823805, with a total amount of approximately ₺36,000. However, both orders have been stuck in the “processing” status for 3 days, and considering that the products may run out of stock, this situation makes me very uneasy. I contacted Zara online regarding this issue, but despite my applications, there has been no progress with my orders. I am worried that I will neither receive my products nor be informed in a timely manner if they cannot be supplied. I request that my orders with the numbers 54285678235 and 54304823805 be processed and shipped as soon as possible, or, if the products cannot be supplied, that I be clearly informed and my refund be processed promptly. I expect this situation, which causes both financial and moral distress, to be resolved urgently.
