As a customer, my last suggestion to Zara would be to FIND A BETTER, reliable shipping company. These shipping problems have been a constant pain, we have been experiencing shipping problems with one out of every two orders I place through the mobile app. If you offer expedited shipping, you should make sure to deliver quickly, or remove the option altogether. I am willing to pay for shipping, but if I am paying, then it should be a priority. I am spending 500 TL on one item, so the shipping fee is not the issue. If we are paying for expedited shipping, then it should reflect an urgent delivery. I hope this problem can be resolved.
