I Paid Extra for Zara Same-Day Delivery—Order Missed Deadline Twice

I’m very frustrated with Zara’s so-called same-day delivery service. I paid an extra fee for the “same day delivery” option, expecting my order to arrive as promised. But for the second time now, Zara has failed to deliver on time. What’s the point of offering and charging for a premium delivery service if you can’t fulfill it?
The first time, I had to personally drive half an hour to a courier branch to pick up my order—because I was about to travel and urgently needed the item. That completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for convenience and speed. Now, with this latest order, I’m facing the exact same issue again. Same courier, same delay, same disappointment.
Even if the fault lies with the courier, why does Zara continue to work with a delivery company that clearly can’t handle time-sensitive shipments? And why offer a delivery option you consistently fail to provide?
To make things worse, there’s no one to speak to. No responsive customer service, no real-time help—just silence. Refunding the delivery fee doesn’t erase the inconvenience or the wasted time. Zara needs to stop misleading customers with delivery promises it can’t keep, switch to a reliable logistics partner, and offer real accountability. I want this fixed now.
