Zara Shipment Disaster: Promised Urgent Delivery, No Delivered
I ordered from Zara's phone app yesterday, choosing expedited delivery due to the urgency of my order. Even though I was eligible for free shipping, I chose the expedited delivery option and set the delivery date for October 10, 2023. My order, 5343***3408, was supposed to be delivered quickly with the expedited option, for which I paid an additional fee. However, it has not been delivered on time. When I check the status of my order in the app, it still says "order processing" and hasn't even reached the preparation stage. If you are unable to deliver the order on the specified date, it is extremely inappropriate to list separate prices for each date, forcing customers to pay extra for nothing. If you charge extra, you must deliver on the specified date. This type of mismanagement should not result in customer dissatisfaction.
