My Zara.com order, which was supposed to be delivered on September 29, has still not arrived. The tracking information says the delivery will be on October 1, but today is September 30 and I still haven’t received my package.
I specifically paid an extra 99 TL for the express delivery option so that my order would arrive within 3–4 days, but despite this, my order was not delivered on time. I have never experienced such an issue before. I have not contacted customer service yet because I don’t know how to reach them. Due to this delay, I am requesting a refund of the additional fee I paid for express delivery.
