On October 12, I placed an order on Zara’s website (Order No: 5393*17) and canceled it the very next day, on October 13. Since then, I have been waiting for a refund of $139 to be credited to my bank card. However, no refund has been issued so far, and my bank account shows no related transaction.
I have contacted Zara customer service multiple times, but each time I only receive the same copy-paste response, telling me to “wait 14 days.” I have not received any written confirmation or refund receipt, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem. The delay and lack of communication have caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that the refund of my payment be processed immediately and credited to my bank card without further delay.
