Zara Canceled My Order But Hasn’t Issued My Refund Yet
I ordered a product from Zara’s online store, but later found the same model from another brand at a better price. Since my Zara order hadn’t been shipped yet, I canceled it. My cancellation was approved immediately, but my refund still hasn’t been processed!
Why is it taking so long to return my money? The order was never even shipped, so the refund should have been instant. Zara, this is unacceptable!
