Kiwi.com Support Unreachable After Unauthorized Flight Cancellation
On December 5, 2025, I purchased a flight ticket through Kiwi.com for Flyadeal flight f3808, departing from Istanbul Airport to Jeddah, with a scheduled departure time of 9:35 PM and arrival at 1:30 AM. I paid a total of $513 for this ticket. While everything initially appeared to be confirmed, I later checked the airline’s website and discovered that my ticket had been canceled without my knowledge or consent.
I tried to contact Kiwi.com regarding this cancellation, but there is no phone number available to call from Turkey, and I was unable to reach anyone. I also did not receive any response via email. At this point, I am in a difficult situation due to both the high amount I paid and the cancellation of my flight, and my hardship is still ongoing.
My request from Kiwi.com is that my canceled ticket be reissued under the same date, time, and conditions, without any additional charges, and that I be provided with a written explanation that takes into account the inconvenience and loss I have experienced during this process.
