Zara Heeled Boots Break Within Minutes of First Use

On February 16, I purchased a pair of suede, thin-heeled boots (size 39, taupe gray, ref. no: 2004/610) from Zara’s online store. Today, I wore the product for the first time, and within just 10 minutes—while I was sitting—the heel broke.
A product breaking in this way on first use is both a serious safety risk and raises major concerns about product quality. I paid approximately $140 for this item using my credit card. After experiencing this issue, I attempted to contact Zara customer service, but I was unable to get any response. Not being able to reach any support has significantly damaged my trust in the brand.
Since the product failed on its very first use, I consider it defective. I request that the item be replaced with a new, properly functioning pair. I kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution to my issue.
