Zara Sneakers Crack After Only 25 Days of Use

On January 2, 2026, I purchased a pair of “chunky sole sneakers” through the Zara mobile app and paid approximately $37. I used the shoes actively for no more than 25 days; however, within this short period, cracks developed in the soles of both shoes. I do not consider it acceptable for both soles to split like this within just 20–25 days under normal use.
I have not yet contacted customer service or taken the product to a store. With this complaint, I request that the issue be reviewed and that the shoes be evaluated as having a manufacturing defect. Given the level of damage in such a short time, my primary request is a full refund of the $37 I paid.
I ask that my inconvenience be resolved and that I be informed regarding my refund request.
