Zara Refund Delayed for Months – No Real Customer Support to Resolve the Issue
I’ve been waiting for months to receive a refund from Zara after returning my order. Despite following up multiple times, nothing has been resolved. Zara’s customer service is nonexistent—there’s no way to contact a real person, only an AI system. I’ve written to them countless times, and each time I’m told to wait 14 business days, which is clearly untrue since it's been much longer than that. Once, they even claimed the refund was processed and told me to check with my bank. I did, but no refund was recorded. When I reached out again, they just said, “You’ll have to wait, there’s a queue.” It’s been over 2-3 months now, and I’m still waiting. Zara needs to improve their customer service and resolve this refund issue immediately.
