Zara Gift Recipient Denied Due to "Wrong" Card
I received a gift from Zara, however it was not appropriate for my daughter. When I tried to exchange it at Samsun Piazza Zara with the exchange card from the present package and a gift voucher, I was denied. They stated the coupon was not for that goods (most likely because the recipient purchased other things and the clerk accidentally inserted the incorrect exchange card). The cashier declined to complete the transaction for this reason. I claimed that the mistake of included the incorrect card in the shipment was not my fault. Instead of admitting and correcting the problem, they suggested that I urge the gift receiver to contact customer support and obtain a digital receipt before returning. This demand seemed unreasonable to me. Furthermore, why should I, the client, have to go through the bother of calling customer care and returning to the mall as a result of your mistake? There are companies that manage returns and exchanges efficiently without causing inconvenience to customers. Your focus appears to be on making the customer's life tough!
