My Zara Order Was Marked Delivered but I Never Received It
On Wednesday, my package was marked as delivered to a relative, even though I was at home and no one rang the doorbell or handed anything to me. I find it hard to understand how a major brand like Zara can work with such a careless delivery company. Despite messaging Zara through their online platform for two days, no one has contacted me, and all I keep hearing is “please wait.” If you can’t even track your own shipment, how are we as customers supposed to? I am kindly requesting that my package be located and delivered to my address. It’s truly surprising that there isn’t even a phone number where we can reach you.
