Zara Customer Service Says My Return Isn’t Received Despite Evidence
On November 12, I returned the t-shirt and beanie I purchased from Zara’s online store and handed the package over to the courier. Today is December 1, and I still have not received my refund. I have the documents showing that I handed the package to the shipping company, and the tracking system also shows that the items were delivered to the warehouse. Despite this, Zara claims that the products have not reached their warehouse and therefore refuses to process my refund.
When I contacted customer service through live chat, they told me they could not help because the system shows the items as not received by the warehouse. Since there is no direct phone number I can call, I cannot properly follow up on the issue and am being left completely in the dark as a customer.
My order number is 5441*****72. It is unacceptable that I returned the products on time, that the shipping records show delivery to the warehouse, and yet Zara still has not issued my refund. I request that my refund be processed immediately and the payment returned to me without further delay.
