Zara Color-Bleeding Tricot Complaint - Fashion Faux Pas & Exchange Denial

I'm deeply disappointed with a recent purchase from Zara – a tricot blouse that bled color upon washing. I followed the care instructions meticulously, yet the white sections of the blouse turned pink.

This incident is particularly frustrating as I ordered the blouse online and it's now past the exchange period. I purchased it during an off-season, tried it on, loved it, and waited for the right weather to wear it. Now, I'm left with a ruined garment and a sense of betrayal.

I've attached photos of the damaged blouse, but the color bleeding is more evident in person. I'm requesting a product replacement or a full refund.
