I Received the Wrong Zara Product and Still Haven’t Gotten My Refund After a Month


I ordered a specific product from Zara, but what I received was completely different—it looked like a short sports tank top, nothing like what I originally selected. I immediately submitted a return request and explained that the item sent to me was incorrect.
Despite clearly stating the mistake and attaching photo evidence (the first photo is what I ordered, the second shows what I received), I received an email saying my return was not approved. It’s now been an entire month, and I still haven’t received my refund. This is completely unacceptable.
I expect a full refund without further delay and an explanation for why Zara continues to mishandle a clear case of incorrect delivery. I’ve been patient long enough—please resolve this issue now.
