Zara Broke Its Refund Promise By Keeping Me Wait For 35 Days
I placed an order on May 3, and it was delivered incomplete on May 5. Since then, the customer support has been continuously promising to contact me, arrange for the missing item to be shipped from the warehouse, and so on. Today marks the 35th day, and the product is still missing, along with my money. They have clearly violated all the terms stated in the contract. I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Court, and I will notify all the relevant authorities about this matter.
