Zara Bag Delivery Delayed Repeatedly – No Support or Refund Offered
I ordered a bag from Zara, but the delivery date keeps getting postponed. Despite their promises, the bag is never delivered on the specified date, and customer service offers no solutions. I requested a refund but received no response, and when I ask about the status of my shipment, there’s no answer either. I’m left in the dark with no product and no help. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee as Zara’s handling of this order has been extremely disappointing.
