Zara Approved My Return but Hasn’t Refunded Me Since January 28


The way Zara handles returns irritates me greatly! From order 5402*86, I returned a split-hem belted vest (ref: 8383/187), and on January 28, 2025 the return was authorised. I still haven't gotten my reimbursement, though, despite this!
Every time I call customer service, the answer is always "Your case is under review." Processing an approved refund takes what length of time? Furthermore, customer service is appalling; every agent responds with copy-paste responses devoid of any reading of my issue. Zara, this is terrible! Should a returned item be authorized, the refund should be handled right away. I right now seek my return. Give up postponing and act now!
