Zara Refund Delay for Returned Item, No Resolution After 10 Days

I returned a Zara item from order number 5387*****58 (Ref. No: 6318/233) because I didn’t like it. The package was received at their warehouse on October 30, 2024, but my refund has still not been processed. Initially, I was told the inspection process would take three days, which later increased to five, then seven. After those deadlines passed, I was told a case file was created, and I would receive a response within 48 hours.

It has now been 10 days, and neither have I received a refund nor any meaningful updates. I keep receiving automated messages with no resolution. I’m frustrated by the lack of accountability and communication. I demand an immediate refund—what is causing this unnecessary delay?
