It is driving me crazy! Upon receiving my Zara blouse, I discovered that the collar was faulty. I was hoping for a prompt refund, so I sent it back right away. But now days have gone by, and my reimbursement has not been completed! The status is simply "pending," and no more message is provided.

What a colossal failure! "Zara," I want to know why my refund is taking so long to process. You sent me a faulty product first, and now you won't give me my money back? I would need my reimbursement promptly because I have been waiting for an extremely long time. Get my money back already; you're wasting customers' time. Fix this and give me my money back, Zara!
