Zara App Payment Errors & Login Issues

I've been attempting to make a purchase on the Zara web app since 8:00 PM, but every time, even though there is enough money on my card, the payment does not go through or there is an error, and I am unable to purchase the merchandise. I've had the same problem with other goods while trying. I tried it online, but my session kept timing out, throwing me out of my account. I am unable to connect into the site or make any transactions. I've previously used the Zara mobile app and never had this problem, but I'm quite unhappy. No matter how hard I work, I can't seem to make any progress. It's crazy, and I hope this complaint reaches the appropriate people and the problem on the website is resolved. What is the point of this website if I cannot shop? And there isn't a store nearby, so I don't have the choice of buying...
