We've been looking for a very important item for the past two days, and it looks like the Zara store in Forum Bornova has it in stock. My husband took time off from work and drove a long way to the store, only to find out that the item he wanted was sold out. When they asked if they could buy it somewhere else, they were told to check the website. It's clear that the number of items in stock on your website is wrong. In this age of technology, the product should be taken down as soon as it is no longer available. Thank you for making us waste our time, Zara. This kind of customer dissatisfaction doesn't fit with how people think of your brand.
