My Zara Order Vanished at Gordion Ankara Store

On June 28, 2024, I placed an order (number 5331*****81) with Zara. The item was sent to the Gordion Ankara store on July 9th, but it has mysteriously disappeared from the store. I had purchased this as a gift for my daughter and I'm very upset about the situation. Now, without my consent, they want to process a refund. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a reputable retailer like Zara. I don't understand how an item can simply vanish from a store - did someone else take it? I demand that this matter be properly addressed and resolved. If it isn't, I will be forced to take legal action.
