My Zara Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Hello, I purchased a product from Zara 20 days ago, but I never received it. Yesterday, I got an email saying the item had been delivered, but it never arrived. When I reached out to customer service, they were dismissive and didn’t take my issue seriously. Instead of providing help, they kept brushing me off, which was incredibly frustrating.

This situation has left me with no choice but to file a formal complaint. I expect Zara to address this issue immediately and either deliver my product or issue a refund. Resolving this problem quickly would be greatly appreciated. Please prioritize this matter.
