My Zara Online Order Is Still Processing After 19 Days – Requesting Refund or Delivery

I placed an online order with Zara on December 10, 2024, as a gift for my mother. However, 19 days later, the order is still marked as "processing." Despite multiple inquiries via live chat, I keep getting the same unhelpful response—that it’s in the warehouse and "preparing." How can such a delay be considered normal?

Adding to the frustration, I cannot cancel the order or get my money back. I paid for this item expecting timely delivery, and Zara has failed to meet this basic expectation. I demand either an immediate refund or for the item to be shipped without further delay. This lack of efficiency and transparency is unacceptable for a brand like Zara.
