I Paid for My Zara Online Order but It Still Hasn’t Shipped After 11 Days

I placed an online order through Zara and completed the payment at checkout. The customer service representative assured me that I would receive my order within 5 days. It has now been 11 days, and I am still waiting. I chose in-store pickup as my delivery method, expecting this would speed things up. Today is the 29th, and the estimated delivery date is the 31st—yet my order still hasn't even been shipped.
This delay is completely unacceptable for a brand like Zara. If I had known the shipping process would be this unreliable, I would have never made the purchase. I've received no proper update or explanation from Zara despite reaching out. I paid ₺ for this order (Order No: 5428*****66), and I expect better service.
I demand that Zara ships my package immediately and contacts me with an update. Delaying paid orders and leaving customers in the dark is not how a professional company should operate.
