I Face Zara Customer Service Unable To Track My Online Order
I purchased two items from Zara’s online store, but despite calling the courier company 21 times, my order has still not been delivered. When I called customer service, they said they couldn’t locate my shipment in their system.
Since I never received the products, I’m also unable to initiate a return or refund process. At this point, I honestly don’t know who is supposed to find my missing package, and there’s no one I can directly speak to for help.
