I Face Receiving a Used and Stained Product from Zara Online Order


I ordered a product from Zara’s online store (Order No: 5423****510) at a price of ₺[amount]. However, when I received the item, it was clearly used and visibly stained with foundation. This is completely unacceptable both in terms of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
I placed my trust in Zara to deliver a new, clean product, but instead, I received an item that had evidently been worn before. This has caused me frustration and disappointment, as I expected a professional and careful service from a global brand like Zara.
I am requesting an immediate resolution: either a full refund or a replacement with a brand-new, unused item. I have attached photos of the product clearly showing the stain for your reference.
